Convertible loan notes are a last resort to raise finance

The conversion event is not set in stone at 0.03 that will be the default discount based on today’s price

In essence, if the share price continues to drift then the conversion event simply happens at a lower price

Debt holders wipe out equity when liquidity events are needed

It basically dilutes existing holders, leaves the company exposed to further share price volatility and is definitely not a “bargain” as some dopes on here are suggesting
