If you have a look at NE10 they don’t have the means to lend 300k to us

So that would suggest that you they’ve taken on debt to fund ours

I was a holder of red leopard and they pretty much played the same cards these guys seem to be doing

Out of interest if you hold and the company goes private how do you liquidate your holding later down the line?

Time after time we see aim listed companies with great technology run into the ground by pitiful management

The board have left fundraising so late that the price will likely be horrendous for any existing share holders

It won’t matter if the test becomes mandatory, the Mcap will have to 100 bag for you to get a return

For the benefit of transparency I’m down 70% on my original investment so this isn’t an attempt to deramp

Shareholders have a history of fighting against dilution. Funding could come in many ways. It doesn’t necessarily have to be dilutive to shareholders

It’s a strong buy at these levels and I am happy to mop up cheap shares

It’s clearly confirmation bias taking over. Misleading information now being thrown around as truth. Shareholders are about to be diluted beyond return and any additional consolidation will only mean further losses

Yet there are posters on here applauding the deal

I am in the red, I don’t think most of us are in profit

I’m not bitter, I’m frustrated at how these deals always seem to prefer institutional investors and leave the private investors to fight over scraps

This was always a risky investment and I did manage to slice some profits on the last run up but the remainder of my holding is down.

This now goes 1 of two ways: stop losses get taken out and the SP drops to silly levels (2-3p) or it spikes to circa 6-7p on buying pressure

However, even at those levels it’s not a sensible investment anymore

PE ratio -11 (for now)

No revenue until 2026/27

Dilution and potentially further raises to follow

Happy to watch from the sidelines for now

I would however, just comment for the newbies: beware of the echo chamber in here. Most of those commenting are also hurting and want out.

Some obviously are decent people
