Culpepper - would it be at all poossible for you to express all your thoughts in a single post, instead of always coming back with a second, third or more to explain what you said in your first post. At best, is makes you appear to be a very disorganised thinker, and some might get the idea you are trying to have your posts dominate every page on the board, with an opinion on everything and quickly moving others' opinions of the first page.

You might wish to review your logic. if you bought at yesterday's closing, you would have paid 14.6p more than at close today. Buying yesterday would still qualify for divi, unless you both bought and sold yesterday - the trigger is owning shares on ex-div day, not when the share is bought. If you bought today instead of yesterday (at close) you are 14.6p better off.

A quick check on GGP's website and regulatory notices of Generel Meetings would show where they were held. I suggest you try it, then apologise for misleading people.

As usual, your ignorance and bias shows through. The company is registered in the UK. Its Registered Office is in London. Its AGMs are held there.

If SD did not regularly travel to the UK and meet with shareholders (to an extent exceeding any other AIM company I know of) then you and your cronies would use that as a stick to criticise his management style.

Freddie - perhaps the clue is in my name. Unlike you (!), I didn't predict that the SP would drop as it did. Unlike you, I didn't buy in here with thoughts of a quick profit. For me it was the start of a journey, which I knew from experience in AIM and similar companies, that would have many ups and downs, but would hopefully lead to the prize when production was reached. Unlike you, I didn't feel the need to monitor the SP daily, or to question every decision made by management or comment incessantly on a BB. I was, and am, content to trust them and let them get on with thir job.

Longer than that. And in your ignorance, you reinforce my point. When I first bought in at 4.5p it was as an investment, with confidence that the SP would be considerably higher when we evetually came to production.

The SP is the same now as it was last August. Hardly indicates a continuous decline. And why are you still invested if you don't expect the SP to rise as we get closer to mining?

The answer is that you are talking nonsense. Yes the price has gone down slightly, but nobody knows if it is as a result of the share issue. If, next week, the SP rises again, does that mean the Board has settled a £1m bill at zero cost, and might even make a 'profit' on the deal?
