RE: sp showing bearish moves13 Jul 2015 12:20
Hi driftging27, £40s will come for shp sp, IMO. Sudden optimism on the markets could drive shp's sp to , as two headed " expert "suggested. In my case that would mean start reducing long and adding short. IMO, when there is a stock that moves as much as shp does it would be waist full not to go long and short, often parallel since there is no added cost for it.shp had a excellent run thas far but at £60, if reached, I'm not likely to have much long left but would take big short. Brokers st ranges from £65-£47, I hear those but will put them aside. Btw, couple of brokers (HSBC amongst them), in their note to their clients, said pretty much the same as I did when they putt St at £47. Shp can't stop expanding,by acquisition paid for with cash, new debt and a lot of new shares. The timing , when, market will price all this new shares ,already sloshing about and new to come will be time to take big short, till then hedging for me. Good luck
