Shp mcap over £41bl , massive debt ( pricier than what miners had to pay for theirs) , many more millions of new shares to flood the market ( due to last acquisition financed by cash -new debt and new shares ). You and I or anybody for that mater can grow- build businesses like that. If one can borrow any moneys one wishes to sky is the limit how big it can grow. The questions are : how much is new business really better pos acquisition, how much are existing shareholders diluted , how much more post tax profits there are v cost of borrowing, how risky sector is and divi. I see no meaningful divi being offered by bod just massive remuneration for same. I think fair value of this business is about £30bl but " experts think it is double of that. All being same long term holders should do good but dinamic of sp will be influenced by all the factors I mentioned + general market mood ( talks of Trump reflation are getting louder) + newly engendered .....
