Mine too was 14p for first purchase and trying to fathom out why we are at this juncture..one thought and I do not know if i am wide of the mark and maybe others may want to comment but is it not the case that when the company raises finance it has in the past looked to its major shareholders and given they have a vested interest in the developing resources prospects that IRR have and in fact as suggested by ceo VM that Sumo may want to take on the Lithium is it not in their interest to add at a lower price..if they are going to support the company anyway and are in it for the long term the lower the sp for them the better

Any answer as to my question over dilution if solg take out Cornerstone..see our previous thread

Could you explain why no dilution ..just for arguments sake and the deal goes through at the current intended offer of 0.55 of a Solgold share for each outstanding Cornerstone..if we take away the circa 10% solg already own I think we are looking at an extra 316 million shares to be issued..given that if it does go through and that is on the basis of not having to improve on these terms solgold will have to then swallow all the costs of furthering the project absolving cornerstone of their financial responsibility..now I know there are different ways this could play out with other parties coming on board or existing holders doing more bought deals but i think with the potential for some of those shares to be sold on that could weigh on the sp

Lol I am not sure I can subscribe to that view ..it is bad enough trying to make money out of AIM companies when all seems well let alone putting money in when the vultures are circling above

I have to say after being in this for a very long time , and I am blaming no one but myself for the dilemma I now find myself in but the excitement has definitely gone for the moment and feel in the words of JP this is the violent bit..it certainly is not the sex bit

I quantified with what I said with a lol in as much as they could not take any more of this pain and wanted out..who are we to judge when it is right to take your money off the table..if no bids appear after however many months that process takes and we know for sure we are stuck up the creek without a paddle in sight you might concede that person who sold out may have done the right thing..however I also said I hope they are wrong..by the way I do believe I had this kind of conversation once before with someone on the Sou board and the price was considerably higher and perhaps now wished i had followed my own instincts

all the fun today and the possibility of a trade but did not like the one for 3742514 at about 3pm costing 12.5k as they were sold just over an hour later for 10.2k a loss of 2.3k ouch

jack..if the marketing process is expected to go on until the end of 2019 I think most will have lost the will to live and if 24p was all that was on offer and that is what the BOD was recommending then I guess that is what it will be..if it really was a lowball amount I would like to think there was an outside chance of additional payments through some contingency plan but then the can really is being kicked down the road

It does appear that we are between a rock and hard place at the moment..erics precis of reasons why we may get out of this with something are my same thoughts albeit small comfort when the sp continues its decline

Lol I know that is a joke but sometimes it does make you wonder why you would even bother ..as if being in from 9p was not reward enough at todays 35p you want a company with no income to pay a dividend hehe
