30% discount to prevailing sp is a bit of a chunk to take..the skeptic in me would think maybe they gave them more shares to enable them to pull off the deal at 22p..probably completely wrong but does not really make sense..i would have imagined a value was agreed and the relevant number of shares given to represent that value not the value but here is your shares at 30% discount unless they were really desperate to do the deal or of course I am barking up the wrong tree and they see tremendous value in IRR

I think as far as Geo and AST are concerned they have effectively submitted an EIA with all the information they have provided ..Enviromental agencies around the globe are too afraid to go against public opinion and you can guarantee there will be somebody to object in every corner
