New_2 .. A genuine question for you..what in your opinion bearing in mind the average salary for running a company on AIM would be the remuneration that should be on offer for the new broom that you would like to come in after you have ushered CH out of the door ?

Certainly does not feel like we are on the cusp of something great but hopefully Schlum work their magic and can dispel some of this uncertainty

It is unbelievable sometimes when a small minority can put the spokes in the machinations of a business that has been operating in the same circumstances for fifty years..sometimes you just cannot plan for some outcomes particularly when you have been led to believe the opposite scenario but just deal with the situation at the time..I do not think that many appreciate the time , cost and personnel involved in preparing some of these reports and studies..for me yes the outcome has disappointed many times but CH is just the messenger not the cause..imo

Monarch I do not think you have described anything he promised and the vague memory I have of any comment about Vodafone was a tongue in cheek retort..you cannot get away from the fact that the business has been stifled by the Slovenian permitting process which has had a big negative impact on AST and it has been caught between a rock and a hard place..when an sp dives you always find pis wanting to point the finger and in some cases it is justified on AIM but there are too many on here spouting so much cr*p that clearly either have not been investing for very long , invested too much in one share or indeed have no understanding of what a fine line small companies with little finance run in trying to reach their goals but berating a bloke for trying to do the best with limited resources and a frustrating permitting process is a little pointless

What exactly do you think he promised and for heavens sake do not say the permits or timelines for permits because that record broke a long time ago and is more worn out than Brexit chat

Actually compared to his counterparts on AIM CH is very much underpaid and I think increased Director remuneration should be added to points of discussion at the AGM in June as a matter of urgency !!!

With the acknowledgement by senior executives in the auto trade of their intention to try and capture market share in the EV space and the fact that there is an impending shortage of many of the minerals in the making of these surely one has to accept that although their is a market to be made for electric cars in Ghana they are potentially closer to some of these important deposits..In the last year Nissan and VW have signed MOUs with Ghana with the intention of building plants and indeed 4 Russian car manufacturers competing for space in Auto market..I cannot believe for one minute that with so much demand and imminent short supply that IRR will be overlooked in doing a deal / deals particularly in the lithium space
