I would be very surprised indeed if the MIIF entry price was based on the last couple of weeks trading. I would expect the price to be in excess of current price and closer to the price before BO shenanigans ..imo

Company announcement on 17th March in a holdings Rns that Elec and decarbonization had reduced from 3.07 % to 2.63 % on the 14th March

I think that is what all the negotiations between ALL and MIIF are about ..Ghana stock market listing and timing of that and price of entry for the fund..every one of those factors with the consideration of the ML are linked and my feeling is that MIIF will make an initial investment with the proviso that ALL list on Ghana market in a certain timeframe and then ML will follow ..imo

If you have the belief it is an absolute no brainer with the sp at this price..if any doubt then wait for the next piece of the jigsaw with MIIF on board..sure you will pay more but then we are even more derisked and should give more confidence before the dfs which should be a nice coat of icing on the cake..just my opinion and I added a few more at todays price

I don't think I will get enough to split 4 ways like TheItalian lol but I would double up on my holding in another out of the DGR stable that is ALL which I am sure many on here know about

Agreed add we would be better off being taken over at a sp not far from where we are now rather than enter a jv and experience the long drawn out pain of being diluted to oblivion over a number of years..lts face it there are not many infrastructure projects that get built on time and in budget.
