I would not think for a moment you have any idea about his financial position..what do you gain from attacking nearly every share you post in other than be very annoying..you have constantly posted price movements in shares on a regular basis that just do not happen time and again which makes you look very silly at best !

Not a problem though..as far as I can see there are not many people than can deliver what many invested in solgold want and if SC can then rewarding him with as many shares as he wants to purchase at todays price which i believe also would have some criteria attatched to them is some incentive

One thing I would say about the ML is if the MIIF are going to invest and terms are agreed between ALL and them I would want that announcement made first followed by the ML

As far as I can make out applying for a Mining lease which is a application to extract minerals goes through these stages ..submit application at District Office which is then recorded on a priority Register..Publication in the Gazette which allows 21 days for anyone to submit any concerns ( Mr 008 is at the front just behind Orca the whale blubbing away )..the commission then considers Application which then goes before the government minister to makes his decision. Applicants are then notified of the status of the application..going by guidelines roughly 152 days which is just about where we are but obviously dependent on any issues raised ( hopefully not BO ones )
