I remember NH saying there was no hurry to do a deal on the other 50 % as the queue was probably only going to get longer for it but it will probably happen in the not too distant future. My feeling is there is a little bit of negotiation going on as to how much the Ghanaians take in the way of royalty..I know there was an agreement in place but from reading various articles about mining in Ghana historically they have not benefited as much as a nation as they might/should have done and do not want to make the same mistake again with what could be a huge resource..just a thought

DFS out next month as per Neil Herbert comment at Cannacord

I believe that once the company has published the DFS and received the licence to extract any offer would have to be such a knockout bid , as the reasons to carry on and build the mine and continue exploration is so compelling ..the rewards for shareholders from dividends could far outweigh any mediocre offer which I do not think the company would accept anyway

With a current market cap around 180 million it would be easy to see with the whiff of a few positive bits of news how we could get back to 500 mil !

Lol personally no harm in communication..there are plenty of companies that do not and pis crying out for an Rns so happy for them to keep updating the market on progress

Not necessarily Mikey as there is often an orphan period for exploration companies after they have made a discovery ..early speculators tend to cash out when the sp has made a big climb and other normally instis come on board for the bigger picture not withstanding there are always risks such as fluctuating commodity prices , funding risks and technical..however I will add that I do not think any of those risks will have much bearing on ALL and when the wider market does sit up and take note then we will be on our way..just a very good time to keep a core and trade the dips imo

lol I did not copy you carpy but I think our BOD were in an awkward position once MIIF had made that initial announcement whether they did it on purpose or not

I think showing their intention to invest did somewhat contain the price as the sp entry price and possible dilution was not known and held others back from investing and now NH made a reference to them maybe taking a little longer to get the funds together ( if at all ..of course that could be a possibility ) . As far as the ML is concerned I think that is well into the process and we should hear something this quarter

I see that NH has commented in The Africa Report just published that ALL will be obliged to list in Ghana once production starts at Ewoyaa but may accelerate the listing timetable if there is sufficient liquidity in the Ghana stock market

I have no problem with someone coming onto the ALL bulletin board or any other for that matter with an opposing point of view but it is something else when you keep on making posts desperately trying to be irritating and attempting to maybe create uncertainty in weaker holders ..it is just uncalled for . As it happens in the case of ALL it was all on the back of a rising sp which just highlighted his comments for what they were. Now ALL price may soften a bit it may keep ticking up as most on here would hope but please just reasoned comments .

The trend is weak with the sp at 25.65
Followed by " ALL Rns release re Exploration and Resource Drilling programs update not ML progress therefore the Rns cannot stimulate ALL sp..price then was 26.70p
And on it goes
The only thing that could spur gain in ALL is the announcement of positive news about ML.. price 27.35p

Fortunately many if not any took notice and have made a little bit extra along the way from the gift that keeps on giving

Of course if the holdings remained the same and then if the options were taken up every penny rise after 60p would be worth £93000 to Neil Herbert ! Very nice and I certainly hope he gets the sp well in excess of the 60p
