I hear what you say prudent and very much would like what you are suggesting to be the case but can you see what I am getting at..Sound have in the past made a name for themselves as being in touch with their predominant small private investor who has been with them for many years and one would like to think it is they that deserve the reward for patience and support..many are here for what they thought was a clear exit strategy but it did not take a scientist to work out ahead that the sp would be decimated if the drill bit failed..now i can understand if everyone knew the value of the company regardless of the drill bit that would be fine but human nature is not like that and many would have been panicked out and lost and in some cases large amounts of money

And there was me thinking we were onshore..mislead again !!

More reason prudent why a pre drill price could of been negotiated to protect pis and also reward them for supporting the company and at least there would of been a base price to support the sp whilst the distractions of the trading plan undoubtedly hit the sp and sentiment and also let us not forget there have already been long term holders who have sold out at a loss as they have witnessed the decline of market cap that I believe could have been under pinned

I have to say that this seems to be nearer the mark ..giving in to the demands of ngos regardless of the courts ruling whether it be Leben or anyone else..at least in the UK if the permit is given then they do move the police in to supervise the tree huggers ..I wonder if they disappear on Tuesdays in Slovenia to go and collect their benefits

Oh bradis i am all too aware of that but they are a law unto themselves and for whatever reason there is for not granting that permit one can only be led to believe that there is something a little bit more underhand/sinister going on because at the end of the day if they were never going to grant it then they should of f*****g well said so years ago rather than allow money be poured down the drain ..maybe they were irked when colin found an alternative route to market..i do not know all i do know is they should have responded either yes or no many moons ago

My holding here is written off in my head and regret not availing of the opportunity when it presented itself on the recent false spike but taking legal action although I know is a last resort and they rightfully deserve it it sort of just prolongs the agony really and by the time it gets to court the concession period would have expired , 2022 I believe and to be beholden to a foreign jurisdiction that does not want you there and European Court God help us !!

You only have to read the news article above to see where the appetite for funding and testing unproved resource areas..it is going to be tough for a little while yet but the story I believe remains on track for the DGR stable of companies as they will get their funding and solg is proving to be a different beast altogether..interesting times for 2019..plenty of upside for junior exploration companies that do all the hard work and find something to shout about

It was agreed with whoever was buying them from him..he did not feed them onto the market himself but arguably could of done it through a broker rather than an individual and they filtered them over a period of time and that was the average price..before when a director sold we had an rns to say whom he had transferred them too

Could not agree more ..I have made the mistake of holding on for value to out in a few other shares and when there is an increasing lack of clarity uncertainty manifests itself ..before the drill campaign started I was still fairly sure that we were worth a lot more than the sp even without success but now I really do not have a clue

If only it was an ideal world and there was some kind of deal on the table..all long term suffering shareholders would not have to go through all this uncertainty and second guessing if say there was a pound on the table if you find nothing else ..we could all be a little calmer about the next few months..however the company that has been built around close communication with its pis seems a little detached in their hour of need

I am absolutely sure there is something on the table but obviously there has to be a clear way forward ..not just the IPPC but also permits for all the existing wells..once that is established a value can be attached which would be certainly a lot higher than where we are with all this uncertainty

If they can stifle a relatively straight forward permitting process for near on 5 years you can bet your bottom Slovenian dollar that it will take a whole lot longer than that..that is what politicians and legal systems do..delay delay delay

It is common practice for applicants of building projects/permits for various operations in this country to have communication with the planning officers through their architects / representatives to see how applications are progressing and what changes would need to be made to progress..many applications are withdrawn if they have been given the heads up it is not going to get through the planning stage..I do not think it is unreasonable after so much time in Slovenia to have a respectful honest dialogue but clearly there is another agenda which after so long is looking rather ominous..however when you see all the squabling going on over Brexit is it any surprise that government officials not just in this country are seen as the least trustworthy of all..hoping for a positive outcome for all long suffering shareholders

Certainly we should have more info jan/feb on Chad after surveying and positioning for next drill siting which started late october I believe
