I know it is a bit petty but why do so many people not know when to use there and their ?

I am fairly sure they do not know when they are going to get them and if they want to go after another project or continue with some operations in slovenia where they do not need a permit it is prudent to raise some cash before the event rather than later

No I do not and I will tell you why..personally I found it very annoying that the BOD lost the permission to raise without the extra vote at the EGM..as i said before regardless of the reasons why we are where we are at the moment we have to deal with it and it was a no brainer that we needed to raise new funds ..don't think I need to explain but that is why companies list on the stockmarket at the end of the day and it is up to the shareholders to decide whether they are going to support or not..when CH gave that interview of course he knew what was coming but if he flagged it up he would not get it away at .30p and he still may not get that much so from his perspective and as a shareholder expecting it and I have to say that was the price I had in mind , I would not of wanted him to have said as that would have caused more dilution

The problem with that theory though is given how long we have been waiting for them is he cannot afford to hang on in hope..I think and indeed was waiting for this as I believe he probably already has a project in mind and if the permits turn up it is a bonus..if they keep giving us a bit of cash each month rather than costing then that is also a bonus..we have no debt and not as many shares in issue as many other aim companies so not a perfect situation by a long shot but not completely hopeless either despite what many on here think

and I know I am going to get slagged off for it but I am genuinely surprised that so many of you did not see this coming..to put AST in a position to either consider carrying out further works in Slovenia let alone taking on any other projects in neighboring countries they were always going to need to raise more funds..there are many on here that it really would be best to do yourselves a favour and sell up and find something else to do with your time especially if you consider this to be the last straw.
Sometimes you just have to deal with what is in front of you and accept things have not worked out as hoped and you can blame anyone and everyone until the cows come home it probably is not going to change that much in the grand scheme of things..look what mess it caused sending emails to JL and co..sell up and leave and do not look on here again you might even feel better for it..hard to swallow sometimes but that is the chance you take
