Not really lejjb because most of the noise on here comes from keyboard warriors like below who probably have no intention of turning up to said meeting and even if they did would not articulate or direct their verbal diarrhoea like they spout on here..

That may be so but I am not sure that is legal letting a company invest several million pounds in infrastructure knowing full well they will not be allowed to gain any financial benefit from it..think it is called fraud

earthling one question I would ask though after your research is if the shareholders do not accept solg offer and another party fails to show an interest are they not then caught between a rock and a hard place..they have no voice in the solg boardroom and are in the not too distant future going to be liable for costs..now I know these can initially be taken from revenue but that is a very long time for cornerstone shareholders to wait for a return when what they are being offered is a cleaner ride for all..admittedly it may just be solgs opening salvo and they may get a bit more but my gut feeling is NM has got most bases covered and will have the upper hand

Yes dd and according to the diagram in the presentation the strat structure is 15 km across..I believe someone asked JP at the last fireside what he was hoping for from TE 10 and he said that it flowed unstimulated..I think that is what was said and I hope he gets his wish and we should find out that bit of info soonish hopefully

There is just a little bit of an irony with this so called investment group and disgruntled shareholders shouting the odds at CH because he allegedly is swanning around picking up his big salary for doing and organizing nothing and yet you bunch of moaners are struggling to find your leader to count all your shares up to present your case lol..pot kettle and black come to mind..carry on moaning !!

Maybe but then there is the possibility of another party coming in for cornerstone so difficult decision to call espcially as there is a lot of value med to long term

I suppose ultimately it just depends if another party comes in to trump Solgolds offer..either way I believe it is good news for Solg shareholders..cornerstone would have to come up with some serious cash in the not too distant future and if they cannot then the squeeze for them would be on..in the light of no other offer solgs has got to be tempting

find it slightly strange that the trades on IRR are not as accurate as many others I follow..normally there are trades reported on here that are not on HL but this morning HL has a trade at 9.04 for a purchase of 22114 @ 22.18 but not the buy reported on LSE at 8.49..it is not like they are inundated with trades..anyone know why that is only seems to be IRR

I think in the grand scheme of things you have to weigh up the credentials of the man at the top and his track record of delivering good returns for shareholders is impressive..some might argue fund managers like Neil Woodford who have not performed so well in recent times but have still reaped fantastic returns..in NM you have got someone who has the ability to steer a company in good and bad times and put his hand in his pocket and back it when others will not

I certainly am glad you are not ASTs accountant ..I know your brains are frazzled when you are talking about CH but his subscription by my calculations was £3000 !!
