By end of March 2019(and given Aminex's past delays that might be a big if) will the drilling be ready to start in say April with the drilling rig in situ ready to start drilling, or will there be further delays - getting the rig on site, preparation of the site etc?
Just want this company via the Farmout operator to get back to drilling what does seem a great prospect. Any thoughts on what the sp might be say on end of successful drilling and say by the end of the year?

at Aminex must have been doing in the last number of months. We've not had any news since mid Jan in terms of Twitter - you would think at least they can be getting things moving on - they have a lot of very highly paid people on thier books and so far this year we've not had much news. Maybe it will only be fair to judge them after the Farm out is actually signed - but it does seem like the same old Aminex - slow for any activity very little communication to the shareholders and even Malcy in his last bucket list write up is losing patience. A very, very frustrating share to be in.
Lets hope things move faster than snails pace once the Farmout is done - and btw didn't they have a raise of funds not that long ago - what's happening with that?
Sorry for the rant but why can't they manage things better and communicate - with the people who pay them properly? Not much to ask is it?

Fund raise it sounds like our cash will soon be put to good use renovating another cash machine - that gasplant which will soon be bringing in more and more revenue. It sounds to me like potentially they have a lot of gas to sell once they get the gas plant sorted and associated infrastructure.

days like this with a percentage gain of above 5%. It reminds me of the days where this was such a promising share and we had day after day of decent percentage gains and a fairly quick run up to 7p plus. Still trying to remain optimistic but it would be great to get some positive news flow and a move closer to getting the drilling started.

That seems an odd thing to say - i.e. that the city do not trust him. Not sure what you base that comment on. I would have thought with the company's performance last year and also his plans for accelerating progress that there was a lot to supporting his current strategy. Is there something I am not seeing or understanding?
The other thing is some of the shareholders I would have thought are very shrewd hard headed business people and they still seem to support him and originally did so.
We all have our own opinions so if getting out of the company at 12p is what you want to do then that is totally up to you. Personally I am longer for this sp to start to move up and to build on continued success, so I'm going to hold more medium term and see how things progress - if the targets are passed again then things will start to look good!

Statement made by President made on their web site re dividends. They talk about cash generation having a target of 50% increase each of the next 3 years. If you apply that to an sp increase this would lead to an sp of 27p and this is without other possible things happening. Fingers crossed the sp gets moving again and we can look forward to much better times ahead.

watching the Man United v Southampton game at Old Trafford and round the electronic advertising boards came the word KOHLER. So, they must be a very big name - will be great if this sort of integration into products can take place in a growing scale.

are true to their word and will only consider selling after 2 years drilling when we can start to understand what a true valuation of their share is and therefore what a fair valuation we can expect as shareholders in return.

optimistic here but I'm going to take PL at his word and hope they can get thi money raised to quick use and it starts to pay back and more in a relatively quick time period. It will all add to the President have a lot of drilling and workovers this year so that should help plus Paraguay. I assume the recent target prices do not as yet include anything for Paraguay.

terms of a positive message to shareholders, if - just the once! Aminex could get something within their control - the Farmout signed off well before the end of this month. Would just love that and then we can start focusing on what Aminex should be about the starting of the drilling and some success with the drill bit. We've waited long enough for it ....

I'm going to stick with my gut feeling and hold my shares in the company and hopefully buy some more based on the offer. My gut feeling is based on quite a bit of logic though - a company moving forward rapidly and wanting to keep this going and with an urgent push to move things forward and to balance the portfolio. If they can deliver and over deliver on what they have set there targets for then I think the sp will move rapidly up. All imho.

I only mentioned the acquisitions re it seems to be something the company has stated a number of times as part of their strategy. How many take place is a matter of time - it might just be one it could be two but I take your point re the funding. Sounds like exploration is coming out organice growth and current income stream and possible acquisitions from a fund raise.
It is purely my own opinion and I am reading between the lines but to me it sounds like a rights issue might at some stage be something all us shareholdrers could take part in. Will have to wait and see but I'm sure they are looking at something - that Mlacy wink in the interview was a bit of a naughty attempt at getting PL to open up. He's a bit too seasoned to do that though.
