yesterday. Certain aspects of what he said were like groundhog day and I've heard them before - eg. it's in everyone's best interest to get things moving - but nothing appears to be happening. As I've come to realise with this company and it's difficult to know where the issue lies in the delays(but they have affected the sp - as anyone who looked at the share chart would realise) the only thing I can judge them on is not what they say but what they are delivering. Currently, they aren't delivering and hopefully this will change in the future but I think Jay's and the other BOD members should not be getting paid the salaries they are being rewarded with, so if there is an option at the AGM and nothing has changed by then I'm going to vote against them receiving their high salaries. Probably not have much effect but I think it is wrong that they are being rewarded so handsomely when we as shareholders are having to suffer due to the company's lack of progress.

think of Solo as a junior partner in the relationship with Aminex. However, in stating their strategy and vision I and with new management I can see that Solo might be a quickly growing company with a good chance of a good return on thier current sp. Their strategy medium term is 5000 bopd in 3years. It will be very interesting to see what the relative Market caps are of Aminex and Solo in 3 years time.

who might have as part of there results presentation new news re any new partners. All will help to add to the bottom line and hence the sp. Fingers crossed that we either get some new news, some news about what is happening in the future and a new presentation?

but to me President are doing all the things you would want from a company. They have a strategy that worked last year and they are sticking to their strategy. Moreover they have defined their time scales and have a busy timetable with a lot of newsflow. There is then Paraguay and Louisiana and some people don't anticipate acquisitions but who knows?

These delays totally baffle me! After all I bought into this share having been told there was a huge demand for the gas.
So, by definition it is in the best interests of all concerned - yet everything still seems to take an age - absolutely everything Aminex do.In the mean time no news :-(
I keep hoping for better times ahead but this company keeps letting me down!

be voting against is to vote against Jay's and teams renumeration at the AGM. I know it's my vote and maybe a lot of other people will be voting for but if we get to July and there is no sign off on the Farm Out or a further extension then we will be getting on for another year without any material addition to the company's market cap, no activity on the drilling front and no news re KN or what they are doing with the money they recently raised. So, on that basis I don't think they should be getting paid for what they are if they are not delivering the results.
In terms of the new Chairman I cannot see that much has changed - I could be wrong - has he given an interview since he was appointed? is Aminex's strategy at all changing? - I notice Solo have a plan and new strategy now it would be good if Aminex could outline something similar. Feel better now having got that off my chest!

Malcy interview with Paul Welch and Paul Welch says we did make acquisitions in 2015 and 2017 .....reminded me of the Monthy Python sketch - well a nod's as good as a wink to a blind bat! So, maybe we will have a further acquisition in 2019. Would be good to keep the fundementals moving though and a Sout Disouq on stream as soon as is possible.

at 10p and given the future intentions and aims at 50% rises in production in EACH of the next 3 years something is bound to give with a re-rate. I think based on his previous history PLs shareholders in his previous company must have been trusted as he made them a huge rise on the sp. Hopefully in time it will be the same here. A buying opportunity at less than 8p - the last low price riase?

another delay! Making good progress! I'm afraid this is just more excuses from the Aminex Board and another 4 months delay. Absolute disgrace imho. They leave it for so long and at the last minute tag another 4 months on. Losing confidence in the board and at this rate the sp is going to just drift down and down. Need some changes at board level imho - I don't think this is now acceptable.

rise in the sp today. Not sure if it's the start of a lot more buying or just a one off today. Time will tell but it would be nice to have a few more deals signed up with various companies and some sustained buying.

their targets and transform the company that will be great. However, the issue of liquidity is playing on my mind now it's been raised. For the large shareholders how are they going to see their money increase - presumably the sp will follow the Market Capital value of the company? If not I wonder if this issue will become more important and be raised at any of the future telephone conference update calls President are now periodically having?

A couple of weeks the Farmout will be signed off. Shortly following that we will hopefully start with the drilling.
The only thing that sometimes winds me up with Aminex though is lack of news flow. Don't disappoint us Aminex let's have some more news flow any get that drilling started!

Quite different to the start of the year last year. Somehow I don't think PW is the sort of man who isn't looking for a deal in these "quiet times" so hopefully we will hear some news before not too long.

A big vote of confidence in the future imho. I don't think they would have invested so much money - a pretty decent amount if it wasn't with the prospect of decent returns. To me it says we know what we're doing, we are in the right geographical area and we are determined to hit those future targets!

Yes, like I said NoSugar very basic back calculations - glad you got a higher figure for both revenue and profit. I'm too very excited about the company pushing forward - they seem to now be geared up for some quick progress ahead. Will be interesting to read what the Share mags think.....

and if revenue increases in line with the targeted 50% increase over the next 3 years then revenue could be approvimately $140m and Profit on this say at a third roughly $46.5m
This isn't saying anything about Paraguay as far as I'm aware but would be an interesting increase in value to the company giving them more money to expand with - in years 1 and 2 not just in year 3 so that looks very exciting with a solid platform they can build on. Will be interesting to see if they can meet the target this year and then build on that. They seem determined to do so and these are high targets to set but if they do it seems like it could be a different company in 1, 2 or 3 years time. Not only that there is the further potential of Paraguay this year too.
