I thought for a minute it said Man City ! Up 11% would have meant they had actually won something. Although, on reflection, that's more likely than an AIM 'investor' ever getting his money back !
...small increase today perhaps ?
...for PYM and all the people involved. We all know the risks with small pharma and know what the rewards would have been if it had worked. I hope the future is good for the staff, they put a lot into the research and deserved some form of result. Oh well, onward and upwards.
What are the 'positive turnaround signs' exactly ?
...more bad news on the way. The assets in Brasil were thought to be overvalued, now it seems that it will be confirmed with a big write down. Staying out for a while.
...another virgin board.
Many thanks for the kind words. Much needed at the moment.
I wouldn't say £5 mil is a lot of cash. The tax situation can only be of benefit against future profits, so another company may launch a bid in order to offset profits in its 'real' business. I think one of the analysists put the true value at 1.6p. If you look at AKT, they are in a very similar situation and have not had an approach, as far as I know. It is very hard to let go sometimes, I could have sold out yesterday at 3.05p, but foolishly hung on, just in case things improved. When I read the RNS fully, it was then too late and I sold out this morning at 1.86p. It's your decision of course and if you stay in I genuinely wish you all the best. I really believed that this was the one that would be a life changer, for me and the many PD sufferers. Sadly, I invested far too much on the strength of that belief and I have paid the price. In my case it's only money, the company and the PD community, I feel, have lost much more.
I can't see any real value here now, it's just a wait to see if anybody wants to buy the tax relief. I've lost a lot here and I'm not alone, but at least the company have been open and honest. I think we all had high hopes for Cogane and although we have lost money, sadly a lot of people will have lost some hope. It does spotlight the need to streamline the pathway to where we are now. The company could have got here a lot sooner and at a much lower cost. I think I'll be taking the hit today and selling.
Yes, Monday morning first thing, cor ! what a start to the week.
...ones who got in after the big drop should do well.
2.00p / 2.25p Buys over 12 mil now.
1.95p / 2.00p MM's looking for shares.
1.75p / 2.0p live
Increasing slightly. Buys are now outweighing sells.
Thanks for the thoughts. Not much left I'm afraid m8. CSLT, ANGM, NVTA, VOG, SOLG and now PYM. I really can pick 'em !
...on the up again. Bottom feeders are in.
The buyers are coming in.
