I wouldn't say £5 mil is a lot of cash. The tax situation can only be of benefit against future profits, so another company may launch a bid in order to offset profits in its 'real' business.
I think one of the analysists put the true value at 1.6p.
If you look at AKT, they are in a very similar situation and have not had an approach, as far as I know.
It is very hard to let go sometimes, I could have sold out yesterday at 3.05p, but foolishly hung on, just in case things improved. When I read the RNS fully, it was then too late and I sold out this morning at 1.86p.
It's your decision of course and if you stay in I genuinely wish you all the best.
I really believed that this was the one that would be a life changer, for me and the many PD sufferers. Sadly, I invested far too much on the strength of that belief and I have paid the price. In my case it's only money, the company and the PD community, I feel, have lost much more.
