I admire your optimism, it is indeed a potential money maker but the funding issues are very real. I think a placing or sale of some of the assets are the most likely outcome, but they need £720,000 to keep going this year. As you say, very dependent on good sales.

You seem to misunderstand the relevance of the RNS, so I'll repost the relevan paragraph. The company has put ITSELF up for grabs, it has NOT had an offer, it is looking at options and selling the company is one of them. Read the following. 'Pursuant to the announcement made by the Company on 30 January 2012 the Board confirms that it is continuing its review of strategic options. At this stage, all options available to the Company are being considered including the sale of the Company. There is, however, no certainty that the strategic review will result in an offer being made for the Company, nor as to the terms on which any offer might be made. For the purposes of the Takeover Code the announcement on 30 January 2012 commenced an offer period in respect of the Company.' Buy in if you wish, but at least understand what you are buying !
