I expect that there will be some sort of financing agreed before year end, as my simple model says funds are running dry.

Will it be a cornerstone investor, a placing, or some sort of interest bearing convertible loan?

Time will tell - maybe there will be a purchaser who is prepared to buy a 5h1t load of specialty polymers and pay up front?
