It may be politically and ethically unacceptable to do this in the UK but it certainly can be done. It would not surprise me if an authoritarian regime has not already done so nor if countries with the death sentence were to offer an option of commuting sentences in exchange for being used as a human guinea pig.

Nasty A320 crash in Karachi - there is no way I would want to get on a plane that has been mothballed for a while. My dad had a Mulsanne - the less it was driven the more it cost in maintenance as the complicated machinery did not like sitting being unused.. And they are parking the A320s etc outdoors on runways... they have to be moved every couple of days just to keep the wheels from seizing / decaying.

A decent proposition for those who bought at 0.25p - give it 6 months and the bottom feeders will have moved on and I expect the share price will be around the placing price. TRX are still some time away from being cash generative.

As Primary Bid was open to all there will be some who churn any shares they are allocated to make their percentages - it is why they already had Primary Bid accounts waiting for such an opportunity.

There is little loyalty when it comes to money; do not expect it from others if your morals are higher.

I have not looked at PHE since selling a few years ago. I think I said at some stage I got concerned about thermal shock damaging the [brittle] ceramics used. Still interested but unconvinced and currently looking at food opportunities.

That is what watch lists are for - that share is now crawling with a whole new gang of bottom feeders who want to take part in the Primary Bid offer. The company will still take another couple of years to generate free cash flow and who knows when Link will liquidate the shares they are managing from the ex-Woodford fund.

I like my money and having been a Turf Accountant, stay away from gambling, even though I do speculate at times. I have a rule that I do not break - if a fund raise is likely I stay as far away as possible. Even though I like the companies products and see them having a profitable future I am happy with the trading profit I have made on it in the past so quite prepared to bide me time until my model says buy again.

I am not interested in Primary Bid offers - they smell of desperation when a company cannot get a placing underwritten.
