This does not make sense to me [SYME RNS]
'The Company has been notified by The AvantGarde Group S.p.A. (TAG) that it has transferred 940,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the capital of the Company at 0.6872 pence per SYME share to an institutional investor interested in supporting the Company's growth.'
They gave away shares 'valued' at £6.46m to a company 'interested in supporting the Company's growth'. No contract, no commitment; just interest? Who gives away £6m? Why? This makes no sense to me, especially in a company that is valued at over £200m.
