The problem Hungary and Poland have is they want the money from the club but are not prepared to accept the club's rules. It was easier for the UK to leave the club as we were paying other member's membership fees.

I am waiting patiently for a crash in house prices - it will only be a few more months before buy-to-let landlords who have not been receiving rent and been unable to evict tenants will become forced sellers. Those seeing the end of furlough will also start having to make tough choices they would prefer not to have to.
