When ANGS 'bought' the gas field the prices was minus £2.5m - they were paid to take responsibility for the field. If ANGS were the highest 'bidder' then they may have to pay even more to relinquish responsibility.

No dilema; I need to keep an eye on the sales and purchases. There have been 5 sales of 100k shares and 3 of them were under the advertised Bid. And the wording on the roll out into Brazil seems to have softened a bit.

Caution seems to be required otherwise I will not be able to buy organic ingredients for my soups. Especially as the CEO seems to have shown the finger to PIs by not allowing them to take part in the placing - why should I have to pay more than insiders?

Not happy - the Guv said they would use Primary Bid to allow PIs to take part in the placing, but we are now excluded. At 14p the placing price is higher than I expected, but the buy price is a little over 15p at the moment. Having to pay a premium on the placing price to get back in annoys me even though I sold at 17p in January.

At the last Investors Presentation the CEO stated that the public would be invited to participate in any placing through Primary Bid.

Not good enough.

Like Penguins, I cannot find that in a quick scan of last years relevant RNSs. What is the date of that RNS or did you make a mistake? As someone who seems to prefer people to keep to facts I would expect you would like to provide some clarity?
