The Ever Given is rated as 20124 TEU [20 foot equivalent containers]. A TEU has a volume of 38 cubic metres, so the cargo volume of the ship is 764712 cubic metres.

The Great Pyramid of Giza is 2.6m cu m. So the ship carries just under a third of a pyramid - it will take a long time to unload if thy need to.

Last Tuesday UKOG released an RNS titled "Basur-3 drilling site construction commences". It stated that construction of the "drilling pad and access road" had commenced and "are scheduled to last approximately 60 days". It also states that "Drilling planned in 2021".

The RNS DOES NOT state that drilling is forecast to begin within 2 months. UKOG has issued no forecast date. ocelot may be forecasting the timetable, but his post insinuates that the company has forecast the date.

Drilling is planned for this year - it might not even happen this year. Be wary of placing too much reliance in what is written on this board by either those positive or negative. Reading the RNS yourself and seeing what other write about what the RNS states can reveal the posters motives.

I was listening to the Naked Scientist on 5-Live last night. He was saying that the false positive rate of Lateral Flow test was about 1 in a thousand and that GOV will stop mass testing before false positive become too much of a problem. Seeing as rates are going down will BRH's test have that much of a market or are they too late to the party?

Every time GOV borrows a £ to fund consumption they crowd out a £ that could have been used to invest. And one of this GOVs top priorities is to maintain over inflated property prices for political goodwill, not economic purposes. Everytime someone [the youth?] borrows an excessive amount to fund property purchases [or even ridiculous rental deposits] more investment capital is displaced.

And the Chancellor wants people to invest in growth? So why do they have policies that compete for the investment £s?

As mick-b alludes to, MMT / QE is bigger than any AIM [or main market] Ponzi scheme.
