I would prefer it if they were a bit more honest and explained that they were in it to make money when they are. I believe in governing to make the nation better for all, not just for those who vote for you.

But that takes a longer term view than is currently accepted in this nation, so I take time to make sure I pay as little tax as legally possible as I do not want my precious money wasted by a politician for his or her own short term benefit.

There is so little oil flowing at the moment that they are losing money - you would be wise to ignore extrapolated flow rates and concentrate on actual rates and their decline as you are selling what comes out of the pump not how fast it came out of the pump on one day.

Unfortunately the market smelled the coffee a few years ago; there may be plenty of oil in the ground but getting much out without fracking or water is proving impossible.

That is why the price dropped 98% from 11p; reality caught up with optimism.

wizard125 is just deramping when he says billions of barrels. 100 billion is much more.

But it works both ways - if the market decides that the share price has gone up too far it can swiftly decline as was shown on Friday when the share price dropped by over 30 percent.

"Call me Dave" made the call because he wanted to nullify the political challenge from UKIP - he stole their thunder and won an electoral majority, but the ensuing storm slowly swamped him. Now he is out of office and knee-deep is swamp ****; and nobody will want to be associated with him for a while whilst the "mud" sticks.

Ex Prime Ministers get to keep armed security for life; I think that they should be made to pay for it / towards it when they earn more than the current PM. Why should our taxes go to pay for the security of someone who is earning much more than us and earning that income off the back of [self-serving?] public office?

Thanks for letting us know they have plenty of shares to sell - often this is forward selling a placement at a much lower price.
