Debt is OK - year-end Dec 2020 accounts show debt of £44m within a facility of £85m + £40m accordion. Over 4 years left on current financing deal and comfortably within the covenants. Generated £28m cash from operations last year - debt not a problem.

No dividend plans though; profits being reinvested. Thanks for the comments.

The only collateral the lenders would take last time was convertible equity loans. Not sure if many shareholders would want to see death spiral financing again, would they?
