I had a quick look at IMC - they are running on fumes but have an odd source of funding... They announced an acquisition in April and the RNS states:

"An immediate financial benefit to the Groups working capital will be the provision by the Seller of €20,000 per month over 24 months totalling €480,000 over the two-year period."

That is strange, and the acquisition is an RTO which doubles the number of shares in issue. All a bit complicated and the transaction is not yet complete. Seems like an amber flashing light to me?

There were 661m votes in favour of Resolution 1 and 656m in favour of Resolution 2.

There are 13.218b shares in issue. That means only 5% of votes were cast in favour of the resolutions. If only 5% of votes are cast against any shareholder action, and they have votes of more than 5% then their resolution to remove SS and other Directors will pass if it goes ahead.

Sounds like there will be some frantic ramping and bashing of the shareholder action group over the next few weeks as some must be getting very afraid now.
