That seems incorrect - what the company has said via an RNS is they will: "explore farmout or other financing". So there is no farmout yet, and they have not ruled out a placing.

Has there been another RNS since the one issue on the 22nd of Feb?

What "operational cash flow?" is there? If there was operational cash flow, why are they doing placings and taking out loans on wonga terms?

Anybody who acknowledges that a placing is coming and still suggests that the stock is a Strong Buy seems misguided when the history of placings done by UKOG shows a significant discount is often offered. But then it is your money he is suggesting be spent... a bit like how The Beloved Leader spends shareholders funds.

In an alternative reality, the reason they might have called the General Meeting for authority to raise 8 billion shares [instead of 3 billion] is because they tried to raise a certain amount with the existing authority of 3 billion shares and were unable to raise the amount they needed.
