Maybe the best advice is not to go to an orgy and engage in drug fuelled activities on a hot evening with people from around the world who you do not know.

The problem with that is some people have been posting the same ramptastic opinions for years without providing credible reasons for their opinions. Over those years that share price has crashed by over 98%, and yet they still post ramptastically. They have discredited themselves in the past and continue to do so... posts like:

'The simplification of HH's ownership structure is going to make UKOG a much more attractive takeover target.'

A devious statement alluding to the possibility of a buy out at a higher price, seemingly made to encourage others to invest. But the share price is down 85% since ocelot made that discredited post. I think seeing how wrong people have been in the past has a bearing on the relevance of their current posts, especially if they would rather that newer visitors to the board were not shown previous statements of theirs.

When will the next placing be? How deep will the discount be?

So that will be a negative re-rate of 95%; how sad that a 19 bagger and some would still have purchases well underwater.

To let a residential property it will soon have to meet a certain EPC rating [currently E, but GOV have proposed raising this to C in 2025]. I am aware of sales of older residential properties falling through as the buyer was a buy to let investor scared off by the costs of upgrading the property.

The FT article I referenced below states: "UK landlords must meet new energy performance standards by 2030 in order to keep leasing their space; the vast majority currently fall short."

There is going to be money made by businesses who control the limited labour skills unless GOV allows more immigrants... but they chased the Polish builders back home instead. Older energy inefficient buildings are going to lose value as the costs of renovating them skyrocket...
