I certainly hope that no low ball offer for this company is considered - my models expect the company to be in a position to return the current m/cap to shareholders in dividends every year from 2030 onwards. That would take my retirement from comfortable to the next level up.

From the RNS: "PHC's revenue from sales of Saori to Nutrien is expected to exceed US$750k in the first half of 2022, growing to more than US$5m by 2025."

If sales were to increase by the same percent each year, it would require around an 85% increase is sales each year. to go from $0.75m to $5m. If growth could be sustained to 20% of the addressable market, sales would be over $40m a year by 2030 in Brazil alone. Unlikely, yes. But with 1 new product launch a year, the potential for total sales to rapidly grow is clearly there.

Not published yet... they have done this before [said accounts published before they actually are] and not learnt the lesson; poor show.

A slightly confusing RNS - they are forecasting sales to June, which gets the product into the hands of the distributors for sale to farmers for the 2022/23 planting season [September to November] where it will be used as a seed treatment [as opposed to foliar].

The actual sales to farmers in the 2nd half of the year is what will be most important... will there be demand from the distributor in the 2nd half for more product [probably unlikely as they know their customers and should have a good idea of expected demand]. So the key metric will be demand in the next season; do the farmers who use it this season stay loyal and are crop improvements good enough for others to adopt the treatment.

They do say progress in farming can be slow but that if customers become repeat customers, you can slowly become a very profitable business.

Well, the share price is much closer to the floor and a placing is anticipated to progress the companies plans, so I think that the share price is approaching a record low after a discounted placing.

Flatlining is an interesting term to use as without the life support of placings this company would have died some time ago.
