Worth a read... there are massive black holes in Council financing that will soon be exposed that have been run up on Special Education & Needs spending; GOV have allowed Councils to hide the hole for the last few years so debts have been rising whilst being hidden.

Bournemouth is a more affluent area; some of the poorer Councils will be in deeper trouble and have higher pressure on local finances and compulsory social care spending. The Tories have XXXed things up big time.

Or someone is playing Jedi mind tricks to help ramp the share price to help offload more shares next week. It may well bounce, but I am not sure how much trust should be put in management or the long term prospects of the company. A quick gamble... sure, especially as there are so many deep into loss territory who will average down, especially if there seems to be some upwards price momentum.

As with most promising niche players in the Grid industry, the company is privately held. Nothing for retail punters...

Not so sure about that; yesterday the m/cap was £6.25m. They have raised £750k. Today the m/cap is £5.6m! So raising £750k has reduced the m/cap by £650k instead of increasing it by £750k. Where did the £1.4m go?
