I had a quick look... they are burning around £500k a month whilst scaling up their drug tests business and awaiting US market approval. They might need cash sooner than some expect especially if getting regulatory approval in new territories means more upfront investment.

And, who knows if they will get any market penetration or what other competitors are developing etc. Might be a good reason the share price has been sliding since listing.
