RE: Copper19 Jun 2024 21:54
EST have "as a consequence of interest in the Verkhuba copper deposit ("Verkhuba" or the "Copper Deposit") having been received from several companies, the Company has initiated a formal process including the opening of a data room for a potential joint venture, farm-out, or sale of the Copper Deposit ("Transaction")... Process expected to be finalised in June, in time for drilling to commence in the forthcoming field season"
The deposit has 7mt at 1.82% CuEq suitable for open pit mining with excess local capacity for concentrating and smelting as well as plenty of available tailings capacity. And in the relativelly attractive location of Kazakhstan which is low cost, mining friendly and of potential geopolitical importance for Europe.
127000 tonnes of low cost rapidly monetisable Copper which will not require capital input from shareholders - I think that the m/cap of just below $10m does not reflect the potentail with news due soon.
