There is greater depth in the market than most realise, which is not reflected in 'level 2' - the same brokers who participate on Turquoise participate in equivalent dark pools without the protection offered by Turquoise (AIM shares must be part of the FTSE AIM 50 Index to be traded through Turquoise).

Zinc / LAGOA SALGADA PROJECT

I was reading a news article titled 'Markets drop sharply as fears of global slowdown intensify' on The Guardian and it made me think about the implication for MAFL bearing in mind that demand for Zinc for motor vehicles is plateauing and is likely to slowly fall.

The link below is quite interesting if you give credence to their claim that there were 250mt of proven Zinc resources in 2010. More current reports suggest 230mt in 2017 - of which a quarter are in Australia which has high labour costs.

The proven resources at LAGOA SALGADA represent about 3 percent of the global known resources and are located in an area with better economic prospects than many other Zinc resources.

And there is the bonus of a significant amount of Indium in the prospect. As with all resource companies there are risks but the reward ration may be significant if you are in for a decade...
