In a market sensing a global downturn who cares what the average published broker consensus is?
The market knows that there is an Elephant in the room that is stomping its foot - MTRO has to raise funds and it is unlikely to be at a premium to the prevailing share price. The share price is likely to keep dropping until the BOD advise the Market via an RNS what their plans are.

If you look at the trade time you will see it was at 26-Mar-19 08:31:27 and priced at 0.6148p. If it was a buy I would expect such a large order to be at a premium to the market price. But buys were going through at 0.64p at the time.
As FunkyGibbon says 'Who knows ?'. Nonetheless I expect it was a sale.
