It's extremely unusual that the sponsor of the trial is directly involved in the clinical trial, for many ethical reasons
CRI are there to ensure that the trials are managed in a ´ transparent ´ and unbiased way but these are exceptional times .

That's the Faron trial, ifn beta 1a in a IV mode

We are all awaiting news to fill in the gaps left by most of the RNS since the Avion partnership ..

FDA meeting was supposed to be in Q1 ...
What will be the primary endpoint ?
LLDas accepted by the FDA or not ?

Avion are doing this and that but we have not seen any concrete evidence of them doing anything, as MD said there is no mention of IMM on the Avion website .

We are all awaiting news to fill in the blanks but my patience is running low as it's time for action and not TALK ..

That said we may possibly have an RNS this week :-)

The primary outcome of Lupus trials is the most important in my view ... will the FDA finally agree to allow LLDas ??
Personalised medecine is the way forward as some treatments will work effectively on some patients and not others depending on their individual bio markers

I had hoped that we could have recruited many more than 120 patients for the home trial because SNG001 will have to show a big % over placebo in this patient population. 120 patients in total so 60-60

The swabs will be sent to SYNAIRGEN for testing ...
I would have preffered that the company had no direct role in the clinical trial itself , even if they will be supervised ...

It has always been my opinion that Results could be different in hospital patients versus at home patients ....
Placebo levels will be different imo but not just that
Getting interferon into patients at the early stages should help the immune system to fight back more effectively straight away ....
If patients are unwell enough to be hospitalised then we might not have the same results ,as the dosing levels remain the same .

The clinical regulations seem to be somewhat relaxed concerning this Novel ´at home trial ' .....
That's progress, I guess but it does worry me a bit

It's all very well mentioning all the auto immune diseases but it takes time and money to do trials , and IMM don't have much of one or the other..imv

Patent runs out when again ?

Imm got up the noses of many lupus specialists in the last couple of years , so they might have difficulties arranging a kol meeting like they did for the last P3 trial .

We were supposed to have a meeting with the FDA in Q1 2020 but still no news , all we have had is vague announcements without any details or timescales and of course more dilution ....

It's time to deliver more than talk , imo

I should have explained more when I said that I prefer to see the Sp going down or staying put before news ...
I have often noticed that we have a spike in volumes and the SP before results which mostly is organised by the majors to allow the big boys to sell their stakes .
When we see the contrary it's the opposite ... it means the majors are happy to stay in ...
