What someone says on another board means nothing , without confirmation it coming Directly from Synairgen .

One has to understand that organizing these two clinical subgroups in such a short timeframe is really a great exploit especially for a small company like Synairgen and even more so in the middle of this sanitary crisis .

I never said that WE would get an update in June on the COPD...
I said that Synairgen should receive the interim report in June ....

I don't think we should put it to bed just yet , even though I would prefer to do that .
I had excluded the need for further funding whilst doing my initial research but now I am not so sure ....

I am not one to put on a blindfold just because I am invested ...

As Ghia rightfully said a P3 trial will cost a lot and therefore we would hope that à pharma will sign up to pay for this .

I had anticipated that the 14 million was sufficient to see us through these P2 trials but now I have some doubts .

I cannot logically say that we will have another placing before the end of this trial but neither can we exclude it , imo
If there is a placing to allow a partner to take a stake in the company, that will be well received by the market but if it's any other type of placement .....

In biotech investing , I have learnt to expect the unexpected :-)

That will depend on the strategy and honesty of Synairgen , to be frank
That is why I am intrigued by the interim reading of the COPD trial :-)

The covid trial will have 3 readouts really

1 subgroup hospital patients
2 subgroup at home patients

3. Clinical trial readout .....

The market will of course react to all the readouts individually so that is why we have to be aware for our own personal investments strategy .

Having the interim COPD trial readout first up instead of last Up could change our investment strategy :-)

Anyway , my point is that we could have a relative ´failure ´ in hospital patients followed by a frank ´ success ´ in the home patients which could compensate statistically the full Trial results but the SP will fluctuate enormously in the meantime, imo

We must be factual

We have two clinical trials due for readouts

1) COPD ----1 interim analysis

2 ) covid ----1 subgroup analysis in hospital patients
1 subgroup analysis in at home patients

But the real clinical trial readout will be on the basis of the data on the full 220 patients

This is a biotech company and as such is valued by the market in respect to their milestones ....
When they had the asthma trial going on and when they had the partnership in place with Astra , it was only normal that the market put a higher figure on the company . Before Covid they had only COPD in the clinic and no pharma partner so the market priced the company in accordance to the new situation . ( all in my opinion of course )

Are you saying 10p if the covid and COPD trials results are not successful or just the Covid trials ?

Everyone has their own strategy regarding investments and it's always frustrating to see others stocks moving up whilst ours are drifting .
That's why it's always better to have a diversified portfolio .

Patience is needed when the sp is not moving in the way we expected in the short term but if we have done our research and are not over exposed, well it's just a waiting game , imo

A weekly closing price at this level will bring in the technical buyers , imo

What was the sp at the beginning of this trial ?
It's not a milestone until the results are out

AVion are a women's health company and 90 % of Lupus patients are women ....but I agree MD , not the best possible partner but beggars can't be choosers ...
No upfront payment was imo a bad point for IMM , so far Avion haven't invested much into Lupuzor , imo
