Avion have said that they will pay up to $25 million towards the P3 trial ...
If the cost goes above this amount we will have to see what happens
Depending on the trial protocol and the amount of patients to be recruited , the cost may or not exceed this amount ...

If one is looking LT which is many years from now , one will have to look at the patent situation , IMO

Talking about LT is IMO very much hypothetical as we don’t know WHO will have found a treatment before Lupuzor if they are successful

The ´ Lupuzor ´ story has changed dramatically since the last P3 trial , just look at how many posters are left here ....This board was like the SNG board with 100’s of different posters/day
Lupuzor was fully owned by IMM and had a potential multi billion market to themselves :-) (Tim talking )
There was a lot less shares in circulation.
The French connexion with the CNRS was much stronger ....

We know what happened ....shambles

Now , the management has not changed but they have got older ...

We have to wait for change to get sentiment back in IMM , IMO

As you know , it’s very difficult to set targets for 2-3 years down the road :-)
90p before a P3 readout is always a possibility ....
The sentiment and the company have changed dramatically since January 2018 ...and will certainly change again before the next P3 trial readout ...

What is needed in the short term is the FDA green light but we also need further news on the rest of the pipeline .... IMO
