Even if there was a small /big chance of getting conditional approval , there is NO way I would put that in a RNS before the FDA meeting ...
That’s what makes me suspicious.....

The chances of getting a nod from someone are practically zero especially if one looks at the timeframe , July submission and now a meeting for the 4 December .... something just smells , but what ?

I can see your logic which is somewhat close to mine ...

My major question is Why put Avion’s request for conditional approval during the P3 trial in an RNS , knowing full well that the chances are practically nil ?
I know they put all the disclaimers in the RNS but I really don’t see the point ?? Very cheeky and very rampy don’t you agree ?
For whose benefit ?
