Even if there was a small /big chance of getting conditional approval , there is NO way I would put that in a RNS before the FDA meeting ... That’s what makes me suspicious.....
The chances of getting a nod from someone are practically zero especially if one looks at the timeframe , July submission and now a meeting for the 4 December .... something just smells , but what ?

My major question is Why put Avion’s request for conditional approval during the P3 trial in an RNS , knowing full well that the chances are practically nil ? I know they put all the disclaimers in the RNS but I really don’t see the point ?? Very cheeky and very rampy don’t you agree ? For whose benefit ?

Eva, Stop making things up as you go along just to ramp up the SP ....that’s called PUMPING ...... The SP should move by it’s own merits and not by lies or mistruths ... imv
