I believe you are misinterpreting the significance of what Colin Kinley has said.
Put another way there's 32 API at Lisa to the north and 27 API in Carapa to the south. I'm not privy to the migration channels but in laymans terms, within the Cretaceous we have a 5 API differencial north to south and we (Orinduik) are smack bang in the middle. If the release had been from GH, I'd have probably shared your scepticism. I think it's worth putting up the whole very bullish statement from Colin Kinley for perspective.:

I read that as they know where the reservoirs are, they are thick and we now know they should contain light oil.
