The 5th patient still in part A of the study passes the 6 month milestone tomorrow, so as it's open label results could be released anytime, although it is suggested within 2 weeks in the Telegram Group presentation. Page 9 :

Part B of the study is recruiting already and again it is open label so we can expect updates over the course of the initial 6 month treatment period.

Bearded Dragon - Telegram Groups are forums set up to discuss topics between people with like minded interests and that includes financials. There is a 4D Pharma Telegram Group and today one of its members reportedly had a discussion with the Company. This is the precis of the transcript taken from the other place:
"1) Nasdaq Listing
-This is actively been explored now as they feel there is a significant disconnect between the market valuation and its peers.
- They are in discussions with Shardan Bank and US lawyers have been brought in to take this forward.
- I wasn’t given a timeline because they consider this to be price sensitive. My thoughts are that this will happen.

2) Merck Vaccine Partnership
- It’s making good progress and Merck have given 4D positive feedback.

- NDAs heavily protect the work which Merck are doing hence the lack of literature about the MicroRx / Merck program.

3) MRX0518
- It’s the program which the company is most excited about.
- RNS due in the next couple of weeks with the full data from Part A.
- Merck and 4D agreed on a 10% threshold to consider the trial a success. This is for partial response and stable disease. The part A showed a much higher number of 33%.
- 4 sites now onboard to accelerate the recruitment for these trials.
- Actively looking into options of expedited approval from the FDA once more data has been collected.
- Historically other oncology drugs have been designated FDA breakthrough with data from 20-100 patients.

4) IBS / Blautix
- Readout still going to be Q3
- He asked my thoughts about the interim analysis RNS as this wasn’t well received. I said the wording ‘non futility’ didn’t come across as a positive statement but he said that was a scientific term.
- He reiterated that the market is huge but will be looking to find a partnership/ licensing agreement to take the drug further.
- Discussions are underway with a number of parties who are interested pending the result. This could provide near term cash flow for the company with an upfront payment, milestones and royalties."

What platform do you use for share trades in real time. I used to use Money AM until it was taken out and I am still trying to find something as good.

Yes, understandably given their success with C Diff, Seres now have a market cap of just over $2 billion !
Other peers across the pond, Kaleido and Evelo, who are not as advanced as 4D, have market caps of $302 million and $229 million respectively. We are currently sat at $156 mkt cap and over 1000 patents within a 65 patent family, far in advance of any of the competition in this field.

The share has really motored this week in line with the volume of over 32 million shares traded.
The Company was hit hard by the Woodford/Acacia sell off and other ii's selling for liquidity reasons rather than any negatives from 4D. They were selling into any rises and the share price just couldn't break out. There's alot of news that could be released in the next few weeks on Blautix, MRx0158 in combination with Keytruda and MRx4DP0004 for the CV19 trial.
Sure, the Seres news was the catalyst because, as many have already said, it puts the LiveBiotherapeitics sector firmly in the spotlight and proves up the concept. As indeed 4D have done themselves with early stage clinical trial results. Even after this weeks performance we are only at a mkt cap of £120 million, which considering the depth of the portfolio, still represents exceptional value.

has put the whole Livebiotherapeutic sector back in the spotlight. Awareness of the positive role of the gut microbiome is growing at a rapid rate among all sections of the medical profession from specialists to pharmas to analysts. We already have a partnership with Merck and their blockbuster drug Keytruda forms one half of the trial with our MRx0158, of which 6 month results reach an important data check point next week.
Other big Pharmas will be looking to come into the sector and will be prepared to pay for the development already undertaken by companies such as Seres and of course 4D Pharma.
Following on from it's ground breaking news, Seres is trading at around $22 on the Nasdaq and asset manager and analyst HC Wainwright have just upped their target price from their previous pre news $8 to post news $41 !
I trust the doubters will at least take note of the potential of 4D Pharma, recognised as the leader in this sector on many metrics, although not currently with its market cap.

With respect I believe you are missing the point.
The Seres news today has put the sector firmly in the spotlight and is the catalyst for a re rating.
I wouldn't be surprised to see an rns along those very lines but if not it doesn't change the above fact. Ignore it at your peril:)

A couple of final points:
1/ The Seres presentation is well worth a listen and will resonate with ii's who have an interest in the sector. Today's news should not be underestimated and I know it isn't by you :)
2/ The other point I haven't seen mentioned today is with the volume of nearly 10 million shares traded, we should have cleared out the seller/s which is a major reason for our previous languishing share price and should not be underestimated either as we move forward.

I don't normally discuss my trades but everyone does it differently.
I was on the verge of buying more at your 62p (should have sold them to me ) but it was gone in a flash and I ended up paying 65p, purely on the hunch that the Americans would take up the baton.
I'll sleep on it but my head is saying wait and my heart is saying buy more (if possible) first thing !

My crystal ball is no better than yours but this closed with a strong tail wind behind it.
It appears that the Americans picked this up in the afternoon on the back of the Seres news, which appears to have settled at over 300% up.
Many in this country were caught out by this movement as evidenced by many comments on the bb's. 4D will now get more exposure in the States, where it is still largely under the radar.
I see another strong day tomorrow, due to interest on both sides of the pond. Even more so if we get an rns tomorrow morning.

4D Pharma and Seres operate in the same space along with a few other compan ies. Livebiotherapeutics in the microbiome.
Look at P19 in this prestation and it shows the respective market caps for the key players in the sector. 4D are generally recognised as the leader in the field and the Seres success today is a massive plus for the therapies, giving enormous credibility going forward. It has added over a billion to the Seres mkt cap and we are still way below £100 million with a series of trial results due.

Will it do a SNG you ask.
Not today but if the results of the trials are as expected then anything is possible. This whole LBM sector took a big hit around 5 years ago because another player had a poor result. From memory it could well have been Seres that time. Well they made up for it today and well done to them becasue we must never forget these positive trial results can save lives and improve peoples quality of life manyfold.

If the Blautix IBS results are up to or exceed management expectations this could easily surpass the SNG result.
It will prove up the whole platfrom.

I found the info in an rns:
"Previous partner announcements with respect to the ExxonMobil FIA indicate, inter alia, optional carry provisions for CEL (and Ratio Guyana Limited) with respect to the first and second wells on Kaieteur, in the event that ExxonMobil elects to drill on the block. ExxonMobil has now elected to drill on the block and CEL retains, until the 14th May 2019, the option to be carried by ExxonMobil in the first well in return for the assignment of a 10% working interest in Kaieteur to ExxonMobil (thereby reducing CEL's working interest from 25% to 15%) and the option to be carried on a second well in return for the assignment of a further 7.5% working interest."
