That's of course for the full trial results. First patients will have a 14 day treatment regime and I don't see the positive results of that being kept behind closed doors for very long.

As you well know, that was old information, issued prior to the placing, albeit the same day.
The placing was oversubscribed to the extent of 22% and in todays release they state they have funds until the end of the year with share holder value accretive events expected well before year end. The first of which is the eagerly awaited CV19 trial, for which first results could be expected within 14 days of initial dosing.

We also shouldn't lose site of the fact that 4D is a UK issuer and as such share movements of major holders have to be reported above or below 3%.

The other side of that particular coin is that we are now two weeks further down the line from that clinical trial sheet update and in respect of the May start date, Friday of next week is already mid May.

In the first instance 4D have their own manufacturing facilities, although I've no idea of the capacity.

Actually it's the same explanation.
If the traders had had somewhere to store the oil when the contract expired (and they had to cough up the money) they would have done so and sat on it until the prices rose to a profitable level. Presumably they didn't have big enough gardens.

There's a typo (I presume) in your figures but the sterling equivalent is correct (£14.5m) and 7.5 million options, when they are exercised, is neither here or there in the overall scheme of things.
I'm surprised (not really) that you have not mentioned arguably the most important point in your post.
At net cash, investments and receivables of £14.5 million, ECO is a very safe harbour in the storm.

Historically Energy Authorities are quite comfortable about changes in the partnership percentages of a licence as long as it's for the common good. The North Sea is a prime example, with countless farm outs and farm ins taking place over it's exploitation period, right up to the present. You will have noted that the PSA for Orinduik is between the Guyana govt, Tullow and ECO. We already have one such example of a change to the licence with Total coming on board, so I do not envisage any problems on that front. Presumably the Tullow position will become clearer on the 12th March when they publish their results together with a conference call, presentation and webcast.
