In August, 1oz silver Britannias were £40 on BullionByPost. Today they are £93.60. That is for one coin. You can get slightly lower prices if you buy in larger quantities. Also, that price includes VAT at 20%. You can buy them VAT-free if you have them stored in Switzerland, but they charge a mnothly storage fee to have them stored in their vault.

The Samsung battery is not new news? Possibly so, but had you heard about the $15 premium? The main point was that the Samsung plane landed today - so that is the big news and not out previously.

I too won't be getting over-excited until it actually sends the sp rocketing.

I now see why Trump is threatening Mexico with invasion. He wants the silver, but he won't pay above spot. He is more likely to pay $15 below spot. The US has a long history of this sort of imperialistic expropriation of commodities.

Imagine if FRES decided to pass on that $15 premium as a special dividend!
