I like your comment about improving our relationship with Santander and the possibility of using bank debt to replace the Blackrock facilities.
Once we are up and running so to speak I’m sure we could have a banking facility that off-sets our cash at bank against any loan thereby reducing our interest charges....

I doubt it will go to court. From memory there was a clause in the contract that covered delays etc. and Almineral will have a penalty payment to make which no doubt has a ceiling attached to it. I really think we should move on from this, they messed up they will have paid for their mistakes and we need to concentrate on production, nothing else matters. Remember we have off take agreements and the price of Tungsten is on the up.
I’m sorely tempted to buy more today but for now I’m sitting on my hands....lol

A popular excuse for not achieving or even underachieving......
On the plus side it appears (for now) the grant is not dependent upon the UK being a member of the EU....
On the negative side I’ve been involved with many regional grant applications in my time and never experienced a delay like this, admittedly all U.K. grant applications , never anything in Spain.
I would have liked to have seen a positive issued to counter today’s news, perhaps a production or shipment titbit......
