A little bit smelly........ maybe the board and their advisers forget to read the previous announcements.... I’m beginning to think this money is never going to be paid. Think I’ll ask what alternatives they have in place and can the company sue for breach of contract should none payment occur...

Ps you can probably tell I’m a tad frustrated....

Directors are pleased to announce....... they only had to give a 33%+ discount to get this placing away.
I wonder how they would feel if the placing was at a premium? High as a kite man....... comes to mind....

Pretty sure both announcements state that their holdings following notification are still above the 3% threshold. Something like 3.33% and 3.48%. I know it’s early and I can’t find my specs but that’s how a see it.

You have two major shareholders dumping shares, AXA did so on Wednesday and Tinkler yesterday. Both still hold more than three percent so I guess we can expect more TR1 announcements today or early next week.
We’re these disposals taken up by private investors or do we have a secret investor taking a position? Anyway, we live in interesting times.

Two major shareholders sold circa 50% of their holdings...... someone else bought them....

Hope so as I topped up 5 minutes ago....

Not what I’d hoped for but there you go.... however, the company has cash in the bank, structured debt and increasing turnover...... I’m sure mgt will look to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
I bought yesterday and Have sufficient shares for now. I guess patience is needed here for now.
Ps pretty sure POO is pretty low right now and may remain so for quite sometime......

I assume some of today’s transactions are buys and not sells.... that said without news I can our SP bouncing a bit. Thought about trading this but with my luck I’d be out and a huge announcement would land....

London Stock Exchange is showing a price of 12.9p - 12.8 to 13.0 is the bid and ask....
Got in this afternoon at 9p so quite happy with that.... my morning walk along the beach turned out a tad expensive.... lol

Hsbc offering 11.4p to sell right now..... think I’ll wait . Opportunities like this do not come around every day.... imho

Another positive for me is their net cash position as at the end of November, they’ll probably need it if their expected demand for product comes through.....
The US is a huge market and I’m thinking of California being the green champion of all the states...
