Interesting indeed, looks like the investigation is working well.... also, you need an accurate shareholder list if the company is being acquired.....it’s never straight forward...lol

I’ve got a few NMC and only bought my current holding on Thursday and Friday with the majority being bought into Fridays close so right now I’m feeling quite pleased with myself.....
Can’t wait until WRES is making such positive news and we see such expectations regarding our own SP....

IMHO, The company needs to issue an announcement either confirming or denying media speculation. The big question is what time will it be issued?
Personally, I wouldn’t be surprised if the article was issued with the company’s knowledge and a announcement has already been penned.....

Can you imagine a company announcement at 8am? The company confirms it is in discussions .......: then imho the SP will be 10 quid in a flash.....

45p on Monday sounds good and plausible, but how about 50p by Friday?

But if you go back to the company announcement of February 4th:
The company’s operations are performing strongly and year end numbers are inline with management expectations....
I assume FTI Consulting have cast their collective eye over the company announcement and I assume they are happy with what was published. Always thought FTI were a sensible bunch.
