Big rumours (untrue, possible, probable..) have a much greater impact on sp nowadays.If it’s true nano is worth more than 40-50p imo.
Imo even if just quantum dots become really hot in new tech applications nano are undervalued with or without apple.
None of the usual Twitter pumpers are here.So I would conclude the rise is from the slightly more educated.

Surely if the 'if' depends more on future secured ip value than award settlement per se?As that is great and great to be potentially reinvested in the buiness.However, we all know businesses with cash piles that should be valued in terms in sp as greater as they are.However a settlement would move us up for sure!!
