You’re absolutely right but the paragraph starting “in a year’s time, etc” has been here before many times over the past 5 years without ever happening.

A cloud of “whatever” is hanging over this board now (since December 17) and probably reflects pi’s mood.

May some important news come in soon or that mood might deteriorate.

The circumstances of that sale where very strange, as it was announced at the same time when he made a big donation to a charity if my memory’s correct. Everybody was praising his donation and the massive sale almost went unnoticed. The SP dropped drastically strsight after.

Either the CFO is an amateur, a saboteur and on his way out or it is an administrative tidy up. Those are the 3 options. Imho it is the 3rd one. What it does mean is that there won’t be any big news for another month or more if he plays by the rules.

And whilst everybody’s bickering on here the sp drops by 10% (but of course nobody cares..) which is not insignificant. Morale of investors really took a hit on that 17th December and there is nothing to look out for in the short to medium term and indeed not from a JPM conference. Clarity is what we’re lacking.

It has been mentioned here (and confirmed when searching on internet) that the current annual treatment value for sgc stands at $1.7Bn. I assume that is revenue. Is there anybody on here who knows what the net operating profit/EBITDAcould be and what multiplier would be applied for a license deal based on those numbers? We could then have an idea of what to expect if and when a deal is struck.

It is what it is. My believe is that the company has lacked transparency over the past months. SH’s feel uncomfortable with the fact that tnbc (and sts to a lesser extent) have been left out of the presentation which was based on 2 months+ old data. It would have been much better if the company had been forthcoming on those items rather then let doubt creep in.
