Erm… I have no medical knowledge whatsoever but I think that half life of A6K and cell divide have nothing to do with each other. Cells are dividing to multiply. Just saying.

Many of us just did that last month: 40m or so at 50p but that doesn’t seem to be enough. The only thing that will get this moving is some sort of update from the company. No news is not good news in these cases but we keep hope..

Last update sh’s have received on Bexmab dates back to Oct 20. We have never heard back from the investment bank that was appointed summer 25. Is there still anything going on on the science-side?

Luckily Juho said that HCM had no intention of selling their shares: they just sold 0.13%.

At that pace it will take them a good 6 months to dispose of them. By the way, they can sell them anytime up to the maturation date. We’re in this depression for a long time to come.

Did he not tell you how HCM managed to get 25%?

They did the deal when sp was around £2. Today it’s 40p (and has been around there for a long time now) so I think that explains that. If HCM are not selling that would bode well but as said, all trust is lost as far as I am concerned.

If it is like Avacta deal (I remember someone on here said it wasn’t but I doubt that now) they can choose to repay debt in cash or the same amount in shares at the day’s rate. This means the lower the sp the more shares they need to give. I’m extremely disappointed with the way the company has behaved over the last 2 years. Now it’s about writing off big losses and move on. With the total lack of updates on the way fwd I have lost all hope. Let’s see if they proof me wrong. Hope so

Have lost confidence here but Heights provided the convertible bonds a year or so ago which started the decline of the sp. Can’t remember nor be bothered to look up the details but this holding is probably the result of some obligation under the t&c’s of the deal (payment in shares for example). Heights are funders, not investors.

It’s about time Faron starts to talk about progress on the science-side as the market seems to be losing faith. I was expecting for the 50 p to be the bottom, but clearly that isn’t the case. Still haven’t digested that June 25 episode.

This recommendation is probably the cause of this second sp boost.

That said, do you really believe that Avacta Mgt have signed NDA’s with multiple potential partners with whom they’re going to share the data? Personally I don’t think they can.

Time to buy. It will for sure return to 50p..

LSE shows 8 RNS’s in total for the whole of the London Stock Exchange. That seems a bit meagre to me for a Monday morning or am I missing something?
