In Q2 2024, Harbour plans to publish a prospectus and shareholder circular which will include historical financial information and an independent valuation of 2P reserves for the Wintershall Dea assets. They will also set out the details of the shareholder meeting to approve the Acquisition.

Production has been hit hard though for this year , taking it easy comes to mind while the tax is hitting us hard ! Roll on the acquisition that's all I can say !

The good thing regarding the German review is that it's already happening ! Get this out the way and there won't be much stopping us !

That article was originally released on the 17th (yesterday) so basically no market impact thankfully. A German review was always going to happen , Wintershall need this to complete as much as Harbour needs it so unless the German government take Wintershall under state control I don't think they will have any other option.

Probably. Just got to hope for good news tomorrow from LC ! If there's further progress regarding the acquisition then this rise will hold for certain. However if its just operations updates on the Old Harbour then the SP will tank back to 290p'ish

Yeah Harbour had one licence awarded (60% operated) and Wintershall had two awarded (one 50% and the other 40% from memory). Its on EnergyVoice

Well supposedly the talks with Wintershall have been going on for months since the summer so they might get this deal done sharpish !

Nah , Harbour is a newly born project thats only 5 years old. If anything I can see a merger with Talos too in the not too distant future.

Oh you mean BASF to get a straight buyout. Probably but that's a lot of shares to buy all in one. Maybe EIG could come up with the funds but they seem to already be well diversified. I personally think BASF will just sell over time , and we won't even notice any volatility.

No chance. BASF want out so defo won't want to take on any more hassle. Hopefully we see a nice large UT buy today to get us off to a good start tomorrow !
